Who could have known that science brings us down, that it brings us down?
Who could have known that it's time for our, our burial gown?
Who could have known? Who could have known?
When everyone noticed what's going on, many had gone
It was already too late to stop this change, too late to engage
Who could have prophesied this revelation, this dissolution
Now it's 2114
And the time has come to keen
But one question stays, cause
Who could have known that science brings us, brings us down?
Who could have known that it's time for our, our burial gown?
I generally appreciate the album by album move away from hardcore towards extreme metal. Yet for me personally, this is where the balance is perfect. Kind of like Metallica's Ride the Lightning: subsequent albums were more sophisticated and complex, yet less intense, too. Great to come back to, again and again. jornfin
