Warned you, I have warned you about hundred times
I have told you not to cry, told you not to grouch, I've told you to beware
You have, you have not been a good boy at all
I have warned you and asked you, invoked you and begged you, now I call Avenson
I'll do, I'll do
He knows how to fine you, knows how to ferule
(He's) a master of caning, of castigating
Mr. Avenson are you investigating this case of defying? I am despairing
I'm glad that you are here now
To bring disobedience down
Thank God that you've arrived now
The master of caning, of castigating
He knows how to fine you, he knows how to ferule you
(He's) a master of caning, of castigating
If he could teach me some things, I won't despair of upbringing
Oh Mr. Avenson, could you teach me in caning
Please cane me like someone who did not respond to you
Punish me with all your strength, punish me have no restrains
Please cane me like someone who did not respond to you
Punish me with all your strength, punish me have no restrains
(So) use your stalwartest whip, so cane me with just one hit
I generally appreciate the album by album move away from hardcore towards extreme metal. Yet for me personally, this is where the balance is perfect. Kind of like Metallica's Ride the Lightning: subsequent albums were more sophisticated and complex, yet less intense, too. Great to come back to, again and again. jornfin
